Wholesale Terms and Conditions
- Order Processing and Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Nexstand. We reserve the right to refuse any order or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason.
- Payment: Payment is due in full upon receipt of invoice unless other payment terms have been agreed upon in writing. A late fee may be assessed on any unpaid balances after the due date. Nexstand reserves the right to revoke credit terms or require advance payment at any time.
- Shipping: Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the invoice. Nexstand will use reasonable efforts to meet the delivery date provided, but we are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Returns: All returns must be authorized in writing by Nexstand and must be in original, unopened and resalable condition. A restocking fee may be assessed on returns. Defective or damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Product Warranty: Nexstand makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other matter regarding any product sold. The buyer is solely responsible for determining the suitability of any product for its intended use.
- Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the products, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are and shall remain the property of Nexstand. The buyer shall not acquire any rights or licenses to use such intellectual property.
- Resale: The buyer agrees that it will not resell any products purchased from Nexstand on third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon and eBay, without prior written consent. The buyer also agrees that resale of our products within the USA is prohibited.
- Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with any other documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between Nexstand and the buyer and supersede all prior negotiations, agreements, and understandings between the parties.
